Clarification:

  • Meta Evaluation  =  evaluation of a methodology
  • What’s strong in the methodology:  people are forced to use multiple methods, synergies and disparaties.
  • Areas of Improvement: how to do an ev, delphi technique, competency for Om and GEM, apply it, through proving also, meta evaluation checklist, american evaluation,michael checklist, diary of log, probems, outcome mapping couoldnot do and GEM coudnt,  run a reflection
